鋒羽科技股份有限公司（下稱「本公司」）成立於2025年，專注於低碳創新與循環經濟解決方案，致力於開發與整合多項綠色技術，包括有機廢棄物厭氧發酵、活性碳化學再生、超音波污泥水解、有機廢棄物生物炭化，以及電解 CO₂ 再利用等技術。產品應用涵蓋半導體、化工、製造及環境工程等產業，協助企業實現減碳、節能與資源再利用目標。

本公司具備模組化設備設計與跨場域導入整合能力，並與中興大學、工研院等學研機構緊密合作，強化技術研發、實場驗證與產業化應用。

CoTech Carbon Solution Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CoTech”) specializes in low-carbon innovation and circular economy solutions. CoTech is dedicated to developing and integrating a portfolio of green technologies, including anaerobic digestion of organic waste, chemical regeneration of activated carbon, ultrasonic sludge hydrolysis, biochar production from agricultural residues, and electrochemical CO₂ conversion technologies.
